About the Role 


We are looking for an experienced recruitment manager to join our team and directly contribute to our growth! You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment for various positions within Airsiders, and represent our brand responsibly when dealing with candidates, recruitment partners and external associates. 


Responsibilities 


  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide effective staffing solutions. 
  • Work together with relevant internal stakeholders to implement an overall sourcing strategy of Airsiders. 
  • Ensure the best possible candidate experience. 
  • Act as a point of contact between candidates and relevant internal stakeholders. 
  • Providing and tracking relevant recruitment KPIs.
  • Acting as a knowledge an internal centre for recruitment methods and channels.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with talent acquisition topics. 
  • Designing, planning and executing Employer Branding activities. 


Qualifications


  • Degree in HR or related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience working in recruitment (preferably within the German market). 
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organisation culture and ability to foster and create external and internal relationships. 
  • Experience in in-house recruitment. 
  • Experience with using Applicant Tracking Systems and related tools. 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. 
  • Knowledge of German would be an advantage. 
  • Proven experience with sourcing and recruiting software engineers.
